The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Business Development team.

This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys writing, collaborating with others, and supporting business development initiatives. You will help develop proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase PRIME AE's expertise across architecture, engineering, construction management, and infrastructure markets.

What You’ll Do:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development of proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing materials while working closely with technical professionals, project managers, business developers, and the Marketing team. You will help organize information, draft and edit content, coordinate proposal submissions, and ensure materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with client requirements.

You will also assist with maintaining marketing resources, developing presentations, and supporting business development initiatives. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibility in proposal coordination, content development, and marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development, writing, editing, and coordination of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and business development materials.
• Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and marketing professionals to gather project information and develop clear, client-focused content.
• Draft and edit project descriptions, employee resumes, proposal narratives, executive summaries, and marketing communications.
• Support proposal coordination activities, including organizing content, tracking deadlines, reviewing requirements, and preparing materials for submission.
• Review marketing and proposal materials for accuracy, grammar, formatting, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, proposal templates, project information, employee resumes, and reusable content libraries.
• Assist with developing client presentations, graphics, case studies, articles, and other marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Support multiple marketing and business development initiatives while meeting deadlines and identifying opportunities to improve processes and content quality.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 0–5 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, communications, technical writing, or a related field; relevant internships and academic experience will be considered.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, professional content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software preferred.
• Familiarity with proposal development, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, or marketing materials preferred; experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn new technologies, including CRM systems, proposal management platforms, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
