Comms8 is seeking a proactive Marketing & Operations Assistant to support content creation, business operations, and external outreach. You will work with multiple teams to execute projects, refresh marketing assets, and nurture stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in digital marketing or content creation.
• Excellent English; Chinese a plus.
• Experience in short video editing and Canva visuals.
• Familiar with major advertising tools and platforms.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop content strategies and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and edit content for presentations, brochures, blogs, newsletters and social media; conduct research and suggest ideas; manage online communities; track channel performance; assist with copywriting and design; keep materials up to date; localize content as needed.
• Business Support and Project Assistance: Conduct desktop research; consolidate findings into reports; maintain client databases; assist in preparing presentations and proposals; update website and directories; coordinate and deliver project tasks; monitor industry news.
• General Support: Provide administrative assistance; participate in meetings; handle scheduling; manage printing needs and coordinate with production houses.
