Job summary

Lincoln Minster School is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team. The role is part-time (28 hours/week) and term-time only, supporting photography, video, design, and content creation to promote school life across channels.

You will help capture lessons and events, craft engaging content for social media and the website, and assist with campaigns, admissions events, and materials with Canva and Adobe CC. Flexible working options may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Experience in photography, video capture, and design for marketing.
• Ability to write and proofread content for audiences.
• Experience updating websites and scheduling social media posts.

Responsibilities

• Capture photographs and videos across the School for marketing content.
• Create eye-catching digital and print materials using Canva and Adobe CC.
• Write, proofread and update content for website pages and campaigns.
• Schedule social media posts and support marketing campaigns and events.
• Represent the School in public-facing materials and events.
