The Marketing & Communications Manager at Society of St. Vincent de Paul Council of Seattle-King County will lead external communications and marketing to raise awareness, engage donors, volunteers, and partners, and support fundraising and program goals.

You will write, design, schedule, and produce communications across channels. You will work with Development, Programs, and leadership to source stories, ensure consistent messaging, manage calendars, and develop annual reports and outreach

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, journalism, or nonprofit management.
• 5+ years in marketing/communications, nonprofit development communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling with ability to adapt content.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute an annual communications and marketing strategy aligned with priorities.
• Manage communications calendar for donor communications, campaigns, events, and outreach.
• Steward brand voice, visuals, and quality across all materials.
• Create compelling stories demonstrating program impact and participant dignity.
• Write and design donor newsletters, appeals, and stewardship materials.
• Lead development of the annual report with cross‑department collaboration.
• Coordinate with external vendors and media relations as needed.
• Monitor engagement metrics and use data to improve content and growth.
