Axalta is seeking a Marketing Communications Intern to contribute to the Mobility Marketing team. This hybrid internship offers hands-on experience crafting content, supporting campaigns, and amplifying brand messaging across channels.

You will work on real projects with mentorship from marketing professionals and gain exposure to storytelling, digital strategy, and analytics in the coatings industry.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience with graphic design or video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Create engaging content including case studies, product marketing presentations, sales toolkits and social media copy.
• Support internal and external communications initiatives.
• Help manage and grow our social media presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing and product teams to align messaging and visuals.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports.
