Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field and will be a junior at the time of the internship.
• Strong interest in branding, marketing, corporate communications, or public relations.
• Curious about financial markets, the economy, and how firms communicate with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• From day one, you'll be immersed in meaningful work that supports the firm's marketing and communications efforts.
• You''ll own projects and help bring ideas to life across multiple channels.
• Lead 2-3 marketing-focused special projects from concept through execution, delivering outcomes that support the firm's strategic goals.
• Partner with interns and colleagues across the organization to move project deliverables through marketing and compliance review processes and into approved client-facing materials.
• Collaborate on the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other content used by advisory teams with prospects and clients.
• Support content planning, copywriting, video production, scheduling, and reporting across social media platforms.
• Assist with website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and digital advertising initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate the firm's annual internship reception while supporting other client and firmwide events.
• Contribute to the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
