Qualifications

• Ability to juggle several projects, meet deadlines, and follow details with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of existing marketing and communications programs.
• Assist with content development and scheduling across digital, social, email, blogs, and web channels.
• Maintain editorial and campaign calendars, tracking deliverables and approvals.
• Draft, proofread, and format newsletters, web copy, social posts, and internal comms.
• Serve as intake point for internal requests and prioritize communication needs.
• Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and sponsorships (on-site or virtual).
• Support with performance data and regular marketing reports.
• Maintain digital asset library, media lists, and distribution lists.
