Job summary

Bridgeway is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to turn everyday moments into compelling stories. You’ll craft posts, photos and videos, update the website and internal newsletters, and support events and partnerships across the organization.

You’ll work with a creative, organized team to ensure Bridgeway’s voice stays authentic, engaging, and mission-driven across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience or equivalent in marketing/communications.
• Preferred 2 years practical experience in marketing/social media.
• Experience with social media, digital content, and basic editing.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, photos, videos and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate website updates, newsletters, internal communications and promotional materials.
• Find and share impactful stories with care for privacy and consent.
• Help promote events, staff initiatives, services and community partnerships.
• Keep projects and content calendars organized, measure results and bring fresh ideas.
