Integrated Resources Inc. is seeking an experienced internal communications specialist to develop, manage, and distribute campaigns across the organization.

The role focuses on shaping messaging and coordinating content across multiple channels to ensure timely and accurate information delivery. The position includes managing the intranet as a primary source of employee news, coordinating a SharePoint-based transition, and producing clear, engaging copy for IT, Strategy, HR, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, implement and distribute internal communications programs and campaigns
• Manage the COC intranet site as a key source of employee news and information, and continue the transition to a 2013 SharePoint infrastructure
• Write, edit, and proofread copy for communications in various vehicles. Conduct research and interviews required to develop communications material for various communication vehicles
• Manage, edit and publish organizational announcements, including staff group (IT, Strategy, HR) communications
