Travis Hesser - State Farm Agent is seeking an Agent Team Member to help build and develop customer relationships within the community, promoting auto, home and life insurance and learning what it takes to run an agency. The role offers salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off, flexible hours and growth opportunities, with training and development to advance within the agency.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent; successful candidates will complete licensing

Qualifications

Position Overview

You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Personal Lines Licenses (must be able to obtain)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
