Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shape holistic innovation strategies and growth platforms leveraging consumer insights.
• Translate unmet consumer needs into scalable product concepts.
• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand communications.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure successful launches and campaigns.
• Partner with RD&E to develop technical capabilities and locally advantaged solutions.
• Support sustainability initiatives and align with global marketing strategies.
