Job summary

Ortigas Land Sales Careers is seeking a Marketing Associate (International Sales) to drive international marketing strategies and materials. You will work with the RED Marketing Department to shape campaigns and support the sales team.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, preparing sales materials, coordinating event booths, managing budgets, forecasting, and day-to-day campaigns. Strong communication, organization, and Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia Advertising/Mass Communications/Marketing or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required.
• Experience in advertising, events, and promotions is a plus.

• Conceptualizes and implements marketing strategies for the international sales team
• Conducts marketing services to the Sales Team such as but not limited to: preparation of sales materials, sales booth placements, and assists in coming up with programs that drive sales performance
• Assists in the management of the marketing budget, forecasting, and planning
• Support the Marketing team in day-to-day activities and assist colleagues with implementing campaigns/projects
• Performs related functions as needed

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia Advertising/Mass Communications/Marketing or equivalent
• With at least 2-4 years working experience in marketing
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite
• Has established experience and contacts in advertising, events, and promotions
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Has the ability to multitask and can perform under pressure
