MissionTek Advisors is seeking a Marketing Associate to support brand awareness, content development, digital marketing, and internal communications. This role blends creative production with practical execution across campaigns and channels.

You will create and update marketing content, manage social media, assist with website updates, and coordinate events. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of B2B marketing, branding, content creation, or communications experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Strong writing, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with social media management and website content updates.
• Event planning experience is a plus.
