Tampa Bay Collective is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our team and help plan and execute field marketing and consumer interaction initiatives. You will support campaigns through hands-on training and contribute to achieving business objectives by developing and implementing impactful marketing activities.

Responsibilities include in-person consumer engagement, event organization, tracking marketing metrics, and monitoring competitors.
