Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or related creative field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, and print materials that align with Summit's brand identity and standards.
• Support content creation for advisor-facing communications, partner materials, social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to concept, design, and execute materials for events, conferences, and internal initiatives.
• Maintain and organize the firm's design asset library, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Assist with photo and video editing, formatting, and light production work for marketing campaigns.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate marketing needs into effective visual solutions.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations, tracking project timelines, approvals, and multiple design requests.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices; bring fresh ideas to the team.

Junior Associate, Marketing

Summit Financial is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Marketing Associate with a strong graphic design background to support the Marketing team. This individual will help develop visually compelling content and materials that support Summit's brand, advisor network, and partner firms, while gaining exposure to the full scope of marketing operations at a fast-growing wealth management firm.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong design sensibility, an eye for detail, and an interest in building a well-rounded marketing skill set in financial services.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to take direction and incorporate feedback.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables.
• Experience in financial services, professional services, or a corporate marketing environment is a plus but not required.
