Job summary

502 Power Yoga is seeking a Marketing Associate to help build community and drive enrollment. The role develops marketing strategies, manages social media, and oversees digital advertising and email campaigns to inform the community about news and events.

The position is part-time (8-10 hours/week) with flexible hours, offering an $18/hour starting wage in Louisville, KY. This person will work closely with the owner during onboarding to align with the studio’s mission.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current social media trends.
• Active and engaged in the 502PY community.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to brand and voice guidelines.
• Experience with email and digital marketing campaigns.
• Willingness and ability to utilize existing tools (Later, Airtable, Walla, WordPress).
• Self-starter and independent worker.
• Problem solver and creative thinker.

The Marketing Associate for 502 Power Yoga is a pivotal new role to help build community and connection. Through multiple marketing avenues, the Marketing Associate attracts new students to the studio, keeps the community informed about important news and events, ensures classes and workshops are filled, and in general, helps to carry the mission and vision of 502 Power Yoga out into our community. This role reports to, and works closely with, 502PY owner, Cat Crawford, especially in the early stages of onboarding and training

Time commitment:

Part-Time: 8-10 hours/week;

$18/hr
