Job summary

Uline is seeking a proactive Sourcing and Product Development specialist to support new product initiatives by reviewing customer feedback, returns, and competitor products. You will develop and select quality products, build strong vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Travel to vendor sites to review manufacturing processes and identify innovative products, monitor market trends, and help shape marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Available for travel to tradeshows and vendors.
• Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
• All positions are on-site; must work at a drug-free workplace.
