Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist execution of grassroots marketing and local promotions.
  • Support digital marketing: website, email, social, CRM.
  • Track and archive marketing materials and show promotions.
  • Monitor press coverage and compile media clippings.
  • Conduct demographic and market research to inform efforts.
  • Assist with artist gifts and dressing room signage.
  • Contribute to marketing recaps and post-show reports.
  • Support events and on-site promotions as needed.
  • Research leads to sell group tickets and build partnerships.
  • Perform other admin tasks as assigned.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of grassroots marketing efforts including flyer distribution, community outreach, managing/growing the street team and local event promotions.
  • Support digital marketing efforts such as website management, email marketing, social media, CRM, etc.
  • Help track and archive marketing materials and show promotions.
  • Monitor press coverage and compile media clippings.
  • Conduct demographic and market research, analyzing results to inform marketing efforts.
  • Assist in selecting and preparing artist welcome gifts and dressing room signage.
  • Contribute to marketing recaps and post‑show reports.
  • Support special events and on‑site promotions as needed.
  • Research leads and opportunities to sell group tickets and build partnerships that help grow our audience and boost sales
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms such as Facebook, X and Instagram; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Passion for live events and entertainment.
  • Must be available to work some nights and weekends based on event schedules.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
