IB Collective Co. is seeking an energetic Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support live event campaigns and help execute dynamic promotional strategies.

You’ll gain hands-on training in brand marketing, public relations, and customer engagement while joining a collaborative team. You will assist with event planning, participate in campaign testing, and help deliver personalized brand experiences to customers.

Formación

• 2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
• Entry-level role with hands-on training in live events and brand marketing
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential
• Experience in retail, customer service, or event marketing is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and executing event-based marketing campaigns
• Support customer acquisition and retention strategies for client brands
• Engage in indirect-to-consumer outreach and community activation
• Implement visual merchandising and event display setups
• Work with the marketing team to test, analyze, and improve campaigns
