Sierra Select Distributors, Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing activities, content development, digital campaigns, and administrative coordination.

The role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and aiming to build a career in marketing. You will assist with planning campaigns, create and organize marketing content, manage social media, and perform market research.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of marketing, communications, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree, certificate, or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Create, edit, and organize marketing content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
• Assist with managing social media content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign materials, and digital files.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Support the creation of presentations, product materials, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with sales, product, customer service, and other departments on marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and updates.
• Help maintain accurate product, customer, and marketing information.
• Assist with special marketing projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
