As a growing face-to-face sales and customer acquisition company, we partner with nationally recognised brands to deliver engaging customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns across retail environments, live events, local communities, and business districts.

We're currently expanding our Sales Team and are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our Business-to-Consumer (B2C) campaigns throughout the Louisville area.

This is a fully in-person role that combines promotional marketing, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales support.

About the Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognised brands by taking their products and services directly to customers rather than relying on traditional advertising.

Depending on the campaign, you'll engage with consumers at retail locations, pop-up events, and community activations through professional face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating confidently, and learning how successful marketing campaigns are executed in real-world environments.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Representing clients professionally across B2C retail campaigns, live events, and community promotions.
• Creating positive first impressions and engaging potential customers through natural conversation.
• Promoting products, services, offers, and brand messaging with confidence and professionalism.
• Understanding customer needs before recommending suitable solutions.
• Assisting customers through registrations, purchases, or service sign-ups where applicable.
• Building long-term relationships that strengthen customer loyalty and brand awareness.
• Recording campaign activity and customer interactions accurately.
• Working closely with colleagues and campaign leaders to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Attending ongoing product knowledge sessions, sales workshops, and marketing development training.

Compensation

Annual Earnings: $47,200–$62,700 paid weekly, including uncapped performance incentives. Incentive earnings vary based on individual performance.
