Job summary

Kinetic Marketing is expanding its Cincinnati team and is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support client campaigns with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

You will gain practical experience in customer engagement, campaign delivery and client representation, working face-to-face with customers at retail and event locations to help bring campaigns to life and meet performance targets. The role includes full training and ongoing coaching to grow in communication, sales and campaign management.

• Experience in marketing, sales, retail, events or another customer-facing environment is useful.
