Job Summary

Are you energetic, highly organized, and passionate about creating fun experiences? Our Family Entertainment Center is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to boost guest bookings, drive center foot traffic, and streamline our group event operations. In this role, you will assist with social media, local community outreach, group event inquiries, and administrative support for our sales and marketing team. As our Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will be working closely with the Marketing Department, following up on leads, updating CRM data, and working towards overall marketing goals. You will also be creating social media advertisements and posts, creating video content, maintaining ads, and designing promotional material. The ideal candidate is creative, is familiar with both social media platforms and design concepts, and has experience working with Canva, Microsoft Office and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing team to ultimately further marketing goals and objectives
  • Capture photo and video content around the facility to use on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Schedule social media posts and monitor guest comments, messages, and online reviews.
  • Coordinate local grassroots marketing, including delivering flyers to local schools, youth sports leagues, and hotels.
  • Assist in planning and executing center events, holiday promotions, and themed nights.
• Handle incoming inquiries for birthday parties, corporate events, school field trips, and fundraisers.
• Follow up with leads, build event proposals, and book reservations into our party management system.
