Job summary

Orion Solutions Group is seeking a creative, organized Marketing Assistant to support sales and marketing initiatives in a manufacturing environment. You will help create brochures, product literature, presentations, and other sales materials while managing digital content and website updates.

You will also coordinate email campaigns, craft visual content, and assist with trade shows and events. This role offers hands-on experience with high‑value industrial equipment and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, product literature, presentations, flyers, and other sales support materials.
  • Develop and manage content across company social media platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Update and maintain website content, including new products, company news, project highlights, and customer success stories.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
  • Design and produce visual content showcasing machinery, projects, and company events.
  • Support trade show planning, logistics, promotional materials, and booth preparation.
  • Assist with photography and documentation of completed machinery and customer installations.
  • Maintain and organize marketing files, photos, videos, and branding assets.
  • Monitor marketing activities and assist with reporting on campaign performance.
  • Partner with sales and engineering teams to develop technical marketing content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding standards.
  • Perform other administrative and marketing‑related duties as assigned.
