Hireology is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to grow our dealership brands across San Francisco, Oakland, and Rocklin. You will manage content, maintain consistent voice, and coordinate cross-channel campaigns while keeping CA regulatory compliance in mind.

You will develop engaging social media content, update on-brand materials, and collaborate with leadership to craft creative campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1 year of marketing or digital marketing experience required.

Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate marketing and social media coordinator to help grow and promote our dealerships (San Francisco, Oakland, and Rocklin). This position will also be responsible for managing a consistent voice across social platforms, managing company websites, and ensuring that content is distributed on the right channels at the right time. This position will have a strong strategic and technical understanding of existing and emerging social platforms, understanding of CA compliance, while also being a creative, outside-the-box thinker.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and update company websites, ensuring all specials and promotions are accurate and compliant with California laws and regulations.
• Experience with web development, website management, content updates, and ongoing website maintenance.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
• Use social media to implement marketing campaigns
• Generate ideas to boost brand visibility
• Plan, write, and schedule posts throughout the week on social media pages.
• Build relationships with organizations in the local community
• Work closely with Senior Leadership Team and creative team to execute ad-hoc content creation based on short-term and long-term business needs, trending conversations, competitive activity, and retail requests.
• Uphold and adhere to brand standards while acting as an ambassador and voice for all locations.
• Manage social requests from digital team as well as PR, retail and trade marketing to align with social content calendar.
• Lead project management of creative deliverables and management of content libraries.
• Ideate social media content buckets appropriate for each channel designed to encourage greater social participation and increased engagement.
• Create and update social media calendar and posting schedule to share out with larger team.
• Facilitate community management and work with customer service team to ensure all comments and customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
• Complete weekly and monthly reporting to identify content trends and react accordingly and inform upcoming strategies.
• Assists with routine social media content posting, including photos, video, and other rich media.
• Assists with social media channel analytics tracking and reporting.
• Stay abreast of current digital media trends (especially social media) and make recommendations for content or platform changes as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) and/or Digital marketing/digital design major preferred.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• Attention to details.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar photo/video editing software).
• Must have strong working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, SnapChat, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
