Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, community organizations, businesses, and referral partners.
Represent the facility at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities.
Help develop and implement creative marketing and outreach strategies.
Promote services, programs, and what makes the facilities a great place for residents and employees.
Develop new community partnerships and referral relationships.
Follow up with referral sources and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
Assist with marketing materials, social media, community events, and other promotional efforts.
Identify new opportunities to increase community awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with facility leadership to support census and business development goals.
Learn the long-term care industry and become knowledgeable about services, residents, and communities.

Are you energetic, outgoing, creative, and great at connecting with people? Do you enjoy building relationships, promoting a brand, and finding new ways to get people excited about an organization?

Summit Healthcare Group is looking for a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our team in the Springfield area!

We’re looking for someone who is bubbly, motivated, personable, and eager to grow. While healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus, it is not required. We’re open to someone with a strong marketing, sales, communications, community outreach, or relationship-building background who is ready to learn and immerse themselves in the long-term care industry.

What You’ll Do
