Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, an environmental engineering firm, offers a Summer Internship to gain hands-on experience with our Marketing Team. You will support campaigns, branding assets, and creative content across platforms while learning from experienced professionals.

The role provides exposure to digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, and brand strategy. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, contribute to data analysis, and participate in workshops and capstone projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field is required.
• Continued enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program post internship is required.
• GPA equal to or higher than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
• Help organize and archive creative assets and project files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and monitor deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and change management activities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership review.
• Attend and complete Intern Workshops and Intern Summer Series Sessions.
• Complete intern capstone project assignment.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing team members, ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform creative strategies.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling analytics reports.
• Support campaign planning and execution across digital, print, and social channels.
• Help manage content calendars and contribute ideas for posts, blogs, and multimedia content.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
