Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Associate Director, Business Analytics to lead advanced analytics for marketing impact, ROI, and marketing mix analyses. The role supports brand planning, field force evolution, and digital/non-personal tactics with expertise in statistical methods and industry data sources.

The position requires leading analytics efforts, profiling and segmentation, predictive modeling, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales to drive promotional strategies and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant analytic experience.
  • Experience with healthcare/pharmaceutical data is a plus.
  • Proficiency in statistical methodologies for marketing analytics.
  • Strong communication of analytical results to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital analytics and marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts advanced analytics to support brand planning and promotional resource allocation.
  • Liaises between Marketing and Sales to develop tactics and strategies.
  • Lead development of targets and segments aligned with business strategy.
  • Execute procedures and integrate marketing strategy into sales force plans (in-person and digital).
  • Communicate analytical results clearly to internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge of methodologies and vendor tools within the team.
