Job summary

Corning Incorporated in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Marketing Analytics Intern to gain hands-on experience using data to support marketing strategy, optimize performance, and drive business decisions. You will help define, gather, analyze, and visualize data to deliver actionable insights across the organization.

The intern will support reporting, dashboard development, data quality initiatives, and KPI tracking across multiple marketing channels, translating data into meaningful business

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, data analytics, marketing or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analytics software such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data monitoring, maintenance, QA and report/dashboard creation across marketing data sources.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and QA to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with regional and digital marketing teams to measure campaigns.
• Gather and present campaign results to marketing teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for channel best practices.
• Support KPI tracking and data for Marketing’s goals.
• Participate in activities to build network within Corning and telecom knowledge.
• Present an end-of-summer project to Marketing Leadership.
