Uline is seeking a Direct Marketing Analyst to join our Pleasant Prairie-based team. You will turn data into insights, measure campaign performance and help shape marketing strategies for a leading North American distributor.

Work closely with experienced marketing leaders to build skills with measurable business impact. You will analyze campaigns, report on results, and present clear recommendations to executive leadership to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related coursework in marketing, statistics, or analytics.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience in data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with SAS, SQL or similar statistics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support direct marketing strategy through data-driven campaign recommendations and reporting.
• Execute marketing campaigns including setup, targeting, approvals, auditing and invoicing.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and present insights to leadership.
• Translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
