Job description

We build technology to Accelerate Distributed Energy.

Ecosuite is changing the way the distributed energy industry connects and collaborates. We offer award winning energy data infrastructure and digital tools to help our customers enhance how they deploy and manage electricity assets.

Ecosuite's industry leading edge-compute hardware and software platform delivers essential connectivity, data, intelligence, control, and virtual power plant (VPP) capabilities to solar and battery system owners - maximizing performance and financial returns. We serve corporations, municipalities, independent power producers, developers, O&M providers, and utilities, including some of the largest brands in the world.

Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by eliminating friction across the ecosystem. Our values include open-source computing, data-driven methodology, open access to data and industry-wide growth.

We are looking for awesome people to help shape the future of the energy industry and our team.

The Team

The Business Development team drives how Ecosuite expands its customer base - selling Edge Compute Nodes (ECNs) and software subscriptions to solar and battery project owners, and building strategic partnerships across O&M providers, contract manufacturers, utilities. The team owns each initiative end-to-end, including marketingprospecting, lead generation and sales.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Analyst to own content, campaigns, and event execution for Ecosuite - turning our technology and customer wins into the stories, materials, and touchpoints that move buyers through a technical B2B sales cycle. You'll work closely with the Business Development team and report to the CEO.

This role is about organizing and creating written content, planning and running campaigns, executing events and brand building via effective storytelling. Some basic creative but there will be support for visual assets.

Content (top priority)

  • Write new content that highlights our technology and customer success stories, translating technical concepts (edge compute, software platform, O&M benefits, mobile experience, VPPs, Predictive ML, AI applications) into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Develop messaging and sales enablement materials for new product rollouts.
  • Own and organize our content library - website copy, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and sales collateral - so the team can find and reuse what already exists more effectively.
  • Keep website copy current and aligned with campaigns and product updates.

Campaigns (top priority)

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns - email, LinkedIn, and other channels - that generate leads and move prospects through the funnel.
  • Partner with sales and leadership on positioning and campaign strategy, then take campaigns from plan to execution.
  • Leverage existing internal tools (ie. Ecosuite’s Internal Growth Stack, Salesflare, Social Champ, LinkedIn etc.) and research/implement new tools to accelerate impact.

Events (top priority)

  • Own planning and logistics for industry events, trade shows, and virtual webinars - registration, material prep, follow-up, and on-the-ground coordination.
  • Coordinate Ecosuite's presence and messaging at events like RE+, NYSEIA, SolarPlaza Asset Management Summit etc.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing KPIs most relevant to our sales motion - e.g. marketing content engagement, campaign performance, qualified calls, product demos, quotes delivered. Categorize by buying persona and user category: asset manager, developer, financier, O&M, grid operator.
  • Maintain and organize pipeline data in Salesflare to help leadership spot bottlenecks and speed up the sales cycle.
  • Monitor DER and B2B SaaS industry trends and competitor positioning, and flag opportunities.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, GTM, or content roles. B2B SaaS or clean-tech experience is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Writing & storytelling: Strong written and verbal communication, with a track record of turning technical subject matter into clear, engaging content.
  • Organization: Comfortable owning a content calendar, campaign timeline, and event logistics simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
  • Analytical comfort: Able to work with CRM and marketing analytics tools to track performance and report out clearly. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you should be comfortable with numbers as well as leveraging AI to empower human first engagements.
  • Initiative: Self-motivated and resourceful; you can move a project forward without constant direction, in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Industry interest: Genuine interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and energy technology - you don't need a technical background, but you should be motivated to learn the space.

What This Role Is Not

  • A graphic design or creative production role - we brief a freelance designer/agency for visual asset creation.
  • A pure data-analytics role - reporting supports content, campaign, and event decisions, not the other way around.

Why Join Ecosuite?

  • Impact: Your content and campaigns will directly support the sale of technology backed by DOE, NREL, Sandia, Stony Brook University and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory partnerships - real infrastructure accelerating the energy transition.
  • Product: You'll help launch messaging for new AI-driven features like Foresight (predictive forecasting) the Playground (vibe-coding for DERs) and STEVIE (AI assistant) as they roll out.
  • Visibility: You'll work closely with leadership and Business Development, with direct input into how Ecosuite is positioned across the DER industry.
  • Growth: Room to grow scope as we scale - this role can expand toward campaign strategy, brand, growth, sales or analytics ownership over time.

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid —3 days/week in office)

Reports to: CEO

Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, GTM, or content roles

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base, plus discretionary bonus and competitive benefits
