We are seeking a visionary Data Science Engineer to design, build, and productionize ML and Generative AI components for media planning, forecasting, and marketing intelligence, influencing strategic decisions and campaign performance. Qualifications

• Experience building ML models for marketing use cases.
• Marketing performance concepts: budget allocation, pacing, and incrementality.
• Strong Python skills and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Solid grounding in statistics, uncertainty quantification, backtesting, and model validation.
• Hands-on experience building batch ML pipelines in Apache Airflow.
• Ability to own the full model lifecycle end-to-end (concept to production).
• Knowledge of Generative AI components: LLMs, vector DBs, RAG, evaluation frameworks.
• Working with SQL and data warehouses like Redshift.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and productionize ML and Generative AI components for marketing intel.
• Develop forecasting, estimation, and marketing response models with budget-allocation guidance.
• Construct LLM-based components, retrieval mechanisms, and entity resolution workflows.
• Own the full model lifecycle from framing to deployment and retraining.
• Collaborate with analytics SMEs to refine methods and validate results.
• Serve as primary ML engineering contact during business hours (PST).
