Job summary

Wyndham Destinations in Little Rock, AR is seeking a call center marketing associate to engage prospective and current owners, schedule and support sales presentations, and meet performance goals. You’ll partner with resort staff, greet guests, and guide them toward a sales-preview tour while maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities include screening customers, booking tours, collecting deposits, and attending regular trainings.

Qualifications

  • Sales and/or marketing experience preferred; not required.
  • Must maintain production standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred; not required.
