Sephora is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Marketing & Advertising in San Francisco. You will lead end-to-end sourcing, ensure process compliance, and align with budget, savings targets, and supplier roadmaps.

You will partner with stakeholders to create annual and multi-year sourcing plans that support Sephora's priorities. You will build category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cross-departmental spend optimization across the US and Canada, contributing to responsible

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end strategic sourcing experience.
• 5+ years in marketing category sourcing, preferably in NA retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Advanced analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, and sourcing tools skills.
• Hands-on experience with P2P, vendor management, and CLM software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for assigned projects with market profiling and negotiations.
• Support business partners through intake-to-contract processes and deal summaries.
