Job summary

DoubleUp is hiring AI marketers to act as the sole marketing team for American small businesses, across websites, funnels, Meta, Google, YouTube, SEO and more. You’ll own campaigns from concept to testing, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and rapid iteration.

Compensation is the top 10% base pay depending on where you live, plus 10% of your clients’ AI usage every month. Remote or West Palm Beach, FL, with overlap to US Eastern hours.

We're hiring AI marketers for a fast-growing AI software company.

Grow American small businesses — every channel, one person, with AI.

You're placed with a handful of American small businesses as their whole marketing department: website, landing pages, funnels, Meta, Google, YouTube, SEO and AEO, email, texts, reviews. With AI that isn't five jobs — it's one person who knows what to ask for. “Ad buyer”, “copywriter” and “designer” are a few prompts now. You do it all on SuperCool, the AI platform we own, with 300K+ paying customers behind it.

How we market: start with an offer and an angle. Write the headline — that's 90% of the work. Answer the objections on the landing page. Keep the call to action dead simple: book a call, call, or buy. Launch the ads. That's an hour, not a quarter. Then read the data, scale what works, turn off what doesn't, and go again.

What we don't do: forty-page strategy decks, or treating a website like an art project. Pretty doesn't matter if it doesn't convert. We find the bottleneck in the numbers, fix it with psychology, never overpromise, and keep iterating until it works.

It's client-facing. You're on calls with owners, you run the tests they want to see — and you bring your own opinion about what to test next. You're not a VA waiting for instructions. You don't need to know every channel today, but you need to want to learn every one.

The pay

Your base depends on where you live, and we'd rather say that plainly than post one number that means something different in every country: we pay in the top 10% for marketing roles where you live. You get the exact figure in your first interview.

On top of that, you earn 10% of the AI platform usage of every client you manage, every month. Ten clients each using $1,000 a month is an extra $1,000 a month for you. Marketers who hit their KPIs average about $18K a year on top of base — and when your clients grow, so does your bonus.
