Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Portland, OR is hiring for a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep. You will support salad bar prep, dessert presentation, and kitchen duties while maintaining high quality and efficiency. The role requires standing for long periods, light to moderate lifting, and a quick pace.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.

Medical, Dental, Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed.
