Job summary

Fogo de Chão in King of Prussia, PA is hiring for a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support daily service. You will prepare salad bar items, present dishes, and help keep the kitchen and storage areas organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe.
• Monitors inventory quality and manages storage areas.
• Tracks expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening or closing shift duties.

Now Hiring / Immediately Hiring: Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed.
