Fogo de Chão in Albuquerque is hiring for Market Table Attendant / Kitchen Prep. You will prepare and present salad bar items, assist with kitchen prep, and help maintain inventory quality to ensure fresh produce and efficient service. This on-site role requires teamwork and the ability to work fast during peak hours.

• Maintain quality of inventory and fresh produce, including proper storage.
• Assist with tracking expiration dates on products.
• Keep kitchen equipment and areas clean and organized.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties.

Other duties may be assigned.Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.Requirements:Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.Must be able to work weekends and holidays.Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
