Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, seeks a full-time Market Sales Manager in the San Francisco area. You will drive in-store sales by presenting dynamic product demonstrations, engaging customers, and building rapport with store teams.

Responsibilities include meeting weekly sales targets, analyzing data to adjust tactics, training frontline staff on Samsung Home Entertainment products, and staying current on promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
• Six (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, brand advocacy
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance by meeting market sales targets through communication and relationship-building
• Identify and nurture sales opportunities; approach customers and convert interest to purchases
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve strategies
• Engage customers and tailor product recommendations to needs
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge of Samsung Home Entertainment products
• Schedule and facilitate training with store staff and managers
• Stay up-to-date on promotions and discounts
• Maintain merchandising displays across the market
• Provide insights to leadership to drive growth and customer experience
