As the nation's premier tire distributor, ATD’s coast-to-coast distribution network provides approximately 80,000 customers across the U.S. and Canada with rapid and frequent delivery of high quality tires, custom wheels and shop supplies.**Position Description:**The Market Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of distribution and retail partner relationships. This role focuses on expanding the company's presence by identifying, onboarding, and growing strategic retail and distribution accounts, while promoting products and solutions to ultimately reach end-users. Sales activities are primarily conducted through face-to-face engagement, supported by ongoing relationship management and strategic account planning. The Market Sales Manager is a fully qualified, experienced professional with comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, services, and market landscape. The role requires independent ownership of a complex or large territory, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing pipelines, and negotiating product and service terms. The individual applies advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address diverse and sometimes ambiguous challenges, adapting approaches to meet evolving customer and market needs. This position involves building and influencing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, often requiring persuasive communication and tailored engagement strategies. The Market Sales Manager is expected to create and refine lead generation plans, drive new account development, and expand existing partnerships while serving as a trusted advisor to customers.
