Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, risk management, finance or regulatory reporting.
• Experience supporting analytical, production, reporting or project workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Head of Market Risk Capital and collaborate with US and regional teams on production, governance, and regulatory priorities.
• Lead project management for priority initiatives, including regulatory changes and operating-model enhancements.
• Maintain and improve the Market Risk Capital governance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Risk Analytics, Model Risk Management, Finance, Technology, and business units to manage dependencies and deliver objectives.
• Prepare concise materials for senior management, governance committees, regulators, and internal audit.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions; escalate when needed.
