We are seeking a Research Manager (RM) or Associate Director (AD) to join our market research team. This is an exciting time as KMK is strategizing to integrate its business units and develop holistic solutions for our clients' business questions.
The successful candidate will report to the business unit lead and be responsible for managing daily project activities, coaching and mentoring junior staff in the US and offshore in India. Responsibilities include proposal writing and managing qualitative and quantitative projects from design through fieldwork, analysis, and presentation. Candidates should have hands-on research experience, especially in design and presentation creation. Line management and mentoring are also key aspects of this role.
Ideal candidates will have qualitative and quantitative primary market research experience and be comfortable moderating interviews, though experience in just one area (qual or quant) will also be considered.
