Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Research Analyst to support client research needs and contribute innovative solutions that exceed expectations. You will participate in survey design, questionnaire development, and analytic report preparation under senior staff guidance.

You will manage projects across multiple client accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and regular status updates while leveraging secondary research to enrich each engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of survey or market research experience, client or supplier side.
• Experience with complex global research and/or tracking research is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research processes.
• Experience developing screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides and analytic reports.
• Adept with sound data visualization skills.
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, independently, and identify and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Support client research needs and contribute ideas and relevant solutions beyond client expectations.
• With guidance from senior staff, assist in survey design, questionnaire and discussion guide development, and analytic report preparation.
• Manage projects across multiple client accounts and manage time accordingly.
• Oversee project status with senior staff to keep on schedule and provide regular updates.
• Demonstrate understanding of research projects by conducting secondary research to inform engagements.
