Bravera-Bank is seeking a Market President in Helena, MT to lead Bravera’s business plan, grow the market’s loan portfolio, and coach a lending team. The role focuses on profitability, risk management, and strong community presence.

Ideal candidates bring extensive leadership and banking experience, a proven ability to develop teams, and a track record of strategic growth in commercial lending within a community bank setting.

Qualifications

• 15 years professional experience.
• 5+ years of service with Bravera (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Masters or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Earn and maintain the respect of people in the organization and community.
• Build and maintain professional rapport with major customers, financial institutions, vendors, employees, and stockholders.
• Promote Bravera in the community through industry and community involvement.
• Promote a positive and collaborative environment across the organization.
• Present concise, meaningful reports to the Minot Regional President as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding employee and customer issues.
