Leads market level Pharmacy & Therapeutics meetings and formulary processes.
Oversees education of staff on intervention documentation and QA activities.
Analyzes drug utilization and promotes rational therapy based on data.
Collaborates with Medical staff to resolve drug therapy issues and ensure continuity of care.
Supports residency programs and mentors students or residents when present.
Maintains formulary, minimizes non-formulary procurements and promotes best therapy choices.
