Jane App in Canada is seeking a Market Owner to lead strategy and outcomes for the Manual Therapy and Mental Health segments. You will own end-to-end market plans, deeply understand practitioner needs, and drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Product, and Customer teams.
You will shape go-to-market strategies, align priorities across immediate and longer horizons, and advocate for data-driven decisions that move the needle in these growth areas.
Hi, I'm Kas Pawa, VP Insights & Ops here at Jane. I lead several cross-functional initiatives at Jane, including our Market Owner team. This team is all about keeping the customer at the center of everything we do. The Market Owner acts as a General Manager for a specific customer segment, deeply knowing the ins and outs of the customer experience and internally advocating for their customers across Jane’s functions to ensure we are bringing the best of Jane to every customer. Each Market Owner is the internal champion for their segment: obsessively tracking the metrics that matter, building deep customer understanding, and driving a coordinated strategy across our Customer, Marketing, and Product teams to improve outcomes in their market. They connect the dots across time horizons, from what's happening with customers right now, to how we show up in market over the next six months, to what we need to build over the next year. Manual Therapy (including physical therapy, massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, and related disciplines) and Mental Health represent two of Jane's largest and most important segments. We're looking for someone who knows either (or both!) of these worlds deeply, cares about the practitioners in it, and is ready to own the strategy and outcomes for it. If you're energized by ownership, deeply curious about customers, and excited to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role was built for you.
If you don't meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we'd still love to hear from you.
Jane is a founder-led, high-growth SaaS company with a remote-first team working across Canada, the US, and the UK, united by our mission to help the helpers. We build the products and tools that thousands of clinics rely on every day to run their businesses, care for their patients, and grow their communities. That level of impact means every person at Jane plays an important role in how we show up for our customers. We're all responsible for being deeply connected to their needs, obsessed with improving their experience, and proud of the difference our work makes in their day-to-day lives. Jane is growing fast, and that growth brings exciting challenges that call for adaptability, resilience, learning agility, and humility. We're proud of what we've built and quick to admit what we don't know yet. We listen, learn, and adjust as we go. More than 70,000 businesses run on Jane which has 250,000+ practitioners interacting with our product on a daily basis and growth is continuing to accelerate. Our goal isn't just delivery - it's delight. We move quickly, communicate openly, and solve real problems together. If you're energized by ambiguity, motivated by impact, and eager to learn with others, you'll thrive at Jane.
