Carvana is seeking a seasoned leader in Market Operations to drive logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, and registration processes. You will mentor a team, balance competing priorities, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment with direct connection to leadership.

You will manage multiple projects, support customer and employee experiences, and thrive in ambiguity while promoting Carvana’s no-pressure, high-velocity culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with grace and adaptability.
• An appreciation for differences of opinion and ability to manage both employee and customer experience.
