Market of Choice in West Linn, Oregon is seeking a Baker to join our bakery team. Starting pay is $19.00/hour, with progression to $21.00/hour based on experience and growth up to $24.50/hour.

You will read recipes, bake products, and contribute to friendly customer service, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and accuracy. This role requires 18+ years old and at least 1 year of scratch baking experience.

DUTIES

As a Baker, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Reading recipes, utilizing math skills to assemble ingredients for scratch preparations
• Baking all of our baked products and making frostings & custards
• Professional and courteous communications to maintain positive relations with customers, employees, and vendors
• Creating and maintaining store records
• General cleaning

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year professional scratch baking experience and open availability. You must be 18 years or older.
