Job summary

Expedia Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Market Manager to grow a partner portfolio, deepen strategic partnerships, and drive commercial outcomes. You will analyze performance, support service delivery, and communicate impacts to partners, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced market.

You will visit partners in Las Vegas and other locations as needed, develop value propositions, and negotiate contractual terms with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 0–2 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in English; effective communicator who can build trust and influence through clear conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with partner account teams and key decision-makers.
  • Visit partners in-person in Las Vegas and travel to partners in Reno and Atlantic City as needed.
  • Assist in creating opportunities through meetings and discussions to grow partner accounts.
  • Recommend products, services, and insights to meet partner needs.
  • Develop understanding of standard offerings, contracts, and terms to inform negotiations.
  • Close deals while supporting portfolio goals and maintain partner relationships.

You will analyze business and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization, support service delivery for active accounts, and communicate technical and operational impacts as needed. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $144,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
