Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Market Leader Trainee to supervise 8-10 Area Leaders and oversee 100–150 stores, driving sales and gross profit. This is a fast-paced leadership role with significant responsibility in daily operations and strategic execution.

You will undergo a comprehensive training program typically lasting 12 months, preparing you for advancement within the company. The role includes a company vehicle for business use upon appointment and opportunities to relocate

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related experience including P&L responsibility.
• Experience with multi-unit management (100–150 stores or 15–50 stores).
• BS/BA degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 8-10 Area Leaders and oversee 100–150 stores.
• Counsel Area Leaders and Store Operators in daily operations to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Travel within the assigned region with overnight travel ~25% of the time; relocation as needed.
